Here’s how we’re getting started, and what to expect when you work with our shop.
Can I buy something now?
Custom printing inquiries are open for shirts, mouse pads, aprons, hats, tote bags, and DTF transfers. Listings marked “Coming soon” are previews. We’ll add final artwork, pricing, and available options as they are confirmed.
How does made to order work?
Tell us the product or design you want, quantity, sizes, and preferred colors. Our team confirms blank availability and prepares a quote. You approve the exact quote, pay through the instructions on your private order page, and our team verifies the payment before production. A request does not reserve inventory, confirm a delivery date, or charge you.
When will my order be ready?
We confirm a production estimate with your quote. Timing depends on the blank-product supply, design preparation, quantity, and our production schedule. Include any event date in your inquiry so we can tell you what is possible.
Can I pick up my order or have it shipped?
Tell us your preference when you inquire. We confirm the pickup location and timing, or shipping availability and cost, before accepting the order. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.
How do I pay?
After you approve your quote, your private order page shows the order number, approved total, and Clover payment instructions together. Enter the exact approved amount in Clover and keep your receipt. Our team verifies the transaction manually before releasing production; clicking the link does not mark the order paid.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll tell you what can be changed based on the production stage and explain the terms before you approve the order. If something is wrong with a completed order, contact us so we can review it with you.
How should I care for my purchase?
Follow the manufacturer’s label and the care instructions supplied with your finished order. Product-specific care guidance will be included when a design is released.
Can you print my logo or artwork?
Tell us about your design and your order coordinator will arrange artwork sharing with you. Please use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. We’ll confirm whether it is suitable for printing before you order.
What can Restoration Works print?
Our DTF printer and Wonder Press support a growing range of projects, including shirts, mouse pads, aprons, hats, and tote bags. We’ll confirm a suitable blank and print placement for each request. Additional UV-printed products will be added after that equipment is ready.
